Evaluation versions for developer products are identical to the retail versions, with the exception of a message box that pops up every 15 minutes. Developers can use, test, and develop with the evaluation components to ensure that it fits their needs before
purchasing. All applications included with developer products, their source code, and their respective names, remain under copyright by DataWizard Technologies, Inc. While we attempt to provide the highest quality of code, we can not, and do not warrant
that the sample source code is free of bugs. Due to the nature of the samples being in depth full fledged applications, they are not supported. Bugs can be reported to support@datawizard.net. The Sample code may not be redistributed in source code,
compiled, or any other form. This code is provided to paying customers in order to effectively demonstrate the products object model, and how it can be used to create network, intranet and internet applications that use different protocols.
Sample code is included for demonstration purposes only and is not warranted in any way as to merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose.
Please note that since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. Customers are responsible for understanding and assessing any particular product or combination of products as to fitness for a particular
